June — Support
June is a period tracker, ovulation calendar and cycle forecast. If something isn't working or you have a question, the answers below cover most of it.

Your data
June has no accounts and no cloud. Everything you log lives in a database on your phone only.
- Export it: Settings → Export my data.
- Delete it: Settings → Delete everything. This is immediate and permanent.
- Switching phones: because nothing is stored on a server, your history does not transfer automatically. Export first, and keep the file.
Subscriptions and billing
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → June → Cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Restore a purchase: open June and tap Restore on the subscription screen, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
- Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you hit trouble, email us and we'll help.
Predictions
- June predicts your next period as an honest range, not a single fake-precise date. The range narrows as you log more cycles.
- Irregular cycles are supported, and the forecast widens its range rather than pretending to certainty.
- June is informational. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and must not be used for contraception.
Notifications
Reminders and the daily line are generated on your device from your own data. Turn them off in Settings → Notifications, inside June or in iPhone Settings.
